Local Pickup (IF AVAILABLE)
Customers may have the option to pick up orders directly from Empower Academy of Phlebotomy.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Empower Academy of Phlebotomy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Merchandise Return & Refund Policy:
At Empower Academy of Phlebotomy, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality merchandise. Please review our return policy carefully beform making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Worn, washed, or used merchandise
Clearance or final sale items
Customized or personalized items (including branded uniforms with names)
Any item returned after 7-day return window
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items only, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please provide photos and a description of the issue.
Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process:
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Store Credit:
In some cases, returns may be issued as store credit instead of a refund.
